SHUMPS is proud to have adopted a center-wide model for helping children learn social skills and appropriate behavior. Every classroom teacher and all of the program staff will be working together to teach your child the following behavior expectations:

Be God’s Child- how to love God and love each other

Be a Friend – how to use friendly behavior, express emotions appropriately, share, and be polite.

Be Safe – how to use toys and materials appropriately, follow classroom and playground rules and have healthy eating habits and be safe at all times

Be Respectful – how to use good manners, use inside voices, listening ears, work with others, be cooperative, clean up
